New Testament Survey (3 credits)

An introduction to the New Testament from a believer's perspective; understanding the historical, literary and cultural background of the scriptures and examining the purpose and main themes of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Cost: Registration fee: $30.00 per student.
• Required text: "Reading the New Testament" by Pheme Perkins must be purchased and read by the student before classes begin.

Systematic Theology I (3 credits)

A detailed study of the doctrine of the Bible (Bibliology), the doctrine of God (Theology Proper), and the doctrine of man (Anthropology). The philosophy of the course: "One cannot apply what one does not know", i.e. knowledge precedes application. The goal is to encourage the student to know God more fully while he or she understands and practices sound theology.

• Cost: Registration fee is $30.00 per student plus $9.50 for text and $8 for syllabus
• Required text: "Biblical Belief, Doctrines Believers Should Know." (This must be purchased in advance directly from AIM and read prior to the class).

Worship and the Fine Arts (3 credits per level)

This course provides a basic understanding of worship which is fundamental to our Christian life. It will cover an introduction to worship, including history, purpose and expressions. The student will be offered the opportunity to experience worship in different venues within the class. The purpose of the course is for the student to stretch into new areas of worship and develop a lifestyle of worship.

• Required text: "Exploring Worship" by Bob Sorge must be purchased and read prior to the classes.

Introduction to the Theology of Missions (3 credits)

A course dealing with the Biblical basis for missions, the history of missions and the practical application to the present day believer.

• Instructor: Rev. Carol Missik
• Cost: Registration fee $30.00 per student plus $5 for a manual/classnotebook that will be handed out on the first day of classs.
• Required text: "Eternity in Their Hearts" by Don Richardson must be purchased and read in advance.

Influencing Your World for Christ (3 credits)

A course dealing with evangelistic perspectives, the content of the gospel and effective principles to effectively share your faith and influence the lost in a positive way. Students will receive classroom instruction as well as hands on experience in evangelism.

• Cost: Registration fee $30.00 per student.
• Required text: "That None Should Perish" by Ed Silvoso must be purchased and read prior to classes.

Prophetic Activation Course Levels(I,II, III) (3 Credits per level)

The course will be offered on three levels(I,II, III) One must take level I before II etc.

• Instructors: John Weisman Level (I), Carol Missik (Level II), and Jim Erb Level (III)
• Those who have taken all three levels in the past may audit the course at no cost. Some have desired this in the past as an update of in their prophetic proficiency.AIM certificated individuals are also registration exempt free.
• Normal registration fee is $30.00 plus the purchase of a class manual (Level 1 is $25, Level 1 and Level 11 is $10)

All classes are held at Living Word Church of New Wilmington, PA which is located at 269 Cowden Road. If you need directions, please contact the AIM office. Unless otherwise indicated, the required books for each class can be purchased or ordered from your local Christian bookstore.
